Caio Zerbini and Bruna Lubambo

Is it poetry? Is it a rhyme battle? Is it play?

More important than knowing what palindromes are is having fun with this book, full of affection and friendship. And, of course, with phrases that can also be read backward!

The Authors

Caio Zerbini was born in São Paulo, is a father of two boys, and an uncle to four children. He has been writing palindromes since 2012, when he realized that "sapos" (frogs) is the opposite of "sopas" (soups). In 2021, he released his first children's book, O Tio + Oito (Uncle + Eight), which is also full of palindromes and affection. And now he can’t stop! Besides being a writer, he is also a videomaker.

Bruna Lubambo grew up in Timóteo but now lives in Belo Horizonte. She is an illustrator and writer who enjoys working with various techniques and materials: printmaking, serigraphy, stamping, acrylics, colored pencils, pastels, collage, and more. In 2020, she published her first book as both writer and illustrator, Dentro de Casa (Inside the House) (Ed. Aletria), which won the Cátedra Unesco PUC Rio seal and was selected for the Clube Quindim list. That same year, she was a finalist for the Jabuti Prize in the illustration category with the book Oir o Rio (Hear the River) (Ed. Sowilo).
